Join Nalom Clark for a delicious culinary experience as she demonstrates how to prepare Nam Khao, a fresh and vibrant Laotian crispy rice salad. Nalom is passionate about sharing the values of simple, healthy cooking using fresh, wholesome ingredients.Her love of cooking began in Laos alongside her mother and continued in Thailand, where she prepared and sold food at the refugee camp where she was living. Since arriving in Canada, Nalom has shared her cooking at farmers’ markets and started her own catering company. She looks forward to sharing her story, skills, and love of food with you.
