Drop-in technology help with library staff.
SSPL staff offer drop-in technology assistance for patrons of all comfort levels. Common topics include smartphones and tablets, email and password management, online banking and government services, document scanning, eBook borrowing through Libby, and Zoom/Google Meet for virtual visits with family. Book a one-on-one appointment in advance, or drop in during posted Tech Help hours at each branch.
