Adventures in Pasta Making: Busiate

Join local pasta maker Allegra Felter for a series of pasta-making demonstrations. Each session introduces the fundamentals of pasta dough and essential shaping techniques, followed by a guided, hands-on component. We’ll be making busiate – a twisty, twirly handmade pasta from Sicily. Participants will enjoy a sample and take home a small portion of fresh pasta they have made.
